Can Jan Terms and Conditions

Can we change our reservation?

 

If more than 30 days of arrival, you can always change your reservation or cancel it free of charge. If you have booked through one of our booking partners such as Booking.com, you must always contact them to make changes.

 

Can we check in earlier or drop off our luggage?

 

Check-in is possible from 3 pm. If the room is ready you can check in earlier. Until the room is available, you can store the luggage at the reception.

 

Can we check out later?

 

Unfortunately, it is not possible to check out later with us. Only by having the departing guests check out at 11 a.m. at the latest is it possible to have the rooms ready for the new guests who can check in at 3 p.m.

 

Can we bring our (small) dog?

 

Unfortunately pets are not allowed.

 

Do you have two single beds or can we add an extra bed?

 

Our beds can be separated from each other. In the family room there is the possibility to place an extra bed. Contact us by email for more information.

Can we stay with you with our new born baby?

 

Yes, that is not a problem.

 

Can we have lunch and dinner with you?

 

It is not possible to stay for lunch. On request, we can provide a lunch that can be taken on a city trip or walk, for example.

Dinner is possible. We would like to know a few days in advance when you would like to dine with us.
